AIFP is hiring participants for a paid, 12-month Trader Development Program designed to develop early-career professionals into full-commission Traders. Participants will learn commodity trading, sourcing, pricing, credit, logistics, and inventory; work on active deals; build customer and supplier relationships; and create a business plan for their own book of business. The program provides a salary, mentorship, healthcare coverage, a 401(k), and profit sharing, after which successful participants transition to a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.
