D-Fend Solutions is seeking a Communication PHY Algorithms Engineer to research, design, and implement digital receivers for proprietary drone communication signals. The role involves characterizing communication and signal-detection problems, developing MATLAB and Python simulations, designing digital receiver modules for FPGA or software implementation, and supporting end-to-end feature integration. Candidates need an electrical engineering degree specializing in digital signal processing and communications, at least three years of experience in wideband wireless communication algorithms, strong analytical and wireless-systems knowledge, and proficiency in MATLAB and Python.
