Description
The Communication Strategist will serve as an onsite resource supporting a client in Washington, D.C., developing and executing multi-channel strategic communication plans, translating government initiatives into clear messaging, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, shaping content strategies, monitoring communication effectiveness, and supporting crisis response. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant communications field, at least 10 years of experience in public affairs, strategic communication, or media relations, and at least 5 years supporting federal agencies in a communication strategy or senior advisory capacity. A public trust clearance or ability to obtain one is required, while a master’s degree and active secret clearance are preferred.
