Description
MCA is hiring a Communication Systems Technician in the Shreveport, Louisiana area to install, program, maintain, repair, and upgrade two-way radio and land mobile radio systems for mission-critical customers. The role includes on-call 24/7 technical support, customer collaboration, testing, minor circuitry modifications, software and firmware updates, and travel to job sites throughout the Northwestern region of Louisiana. Candidates need at least two years of mobile communications equipment experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks; a two-year degree in electronics, IT, or a related subject, P25 or MOTOTRBO experience, and CET certification are preferred.
