Description
MCA is hiring a Communication Systems Technician II in the Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina area to support its MSS division. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting complex radio, wireless communications, programming, installation, and electronic systems; coordinating customer access and project scoping; completing service tickets; making circuit modifications; deploying software and firmware updates; and supporting the technical development of the service team. The position requires at least two years of technical service and installation experience, with an average of five or more years, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, holiday pay, and education incentives.
