Description
MCA is hiring a Communication Systems Technician II in the Lancaster, South Carolina area to support its Voice division. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting two-way radio, land mobile radio, P25 trunking, and MOTOTRBO systems; restoring communications for public safety, hospitals, and other mission-critical customers; coordinating installations and programming; supporting service projects; completing tickets; making minor circuit modifications; and providing on-call 24/7 technical support. The position requires at least two years of technical service and installation experience, with an average of five or more years, and P25 or MOTOTRBO expertise. It includes travel, on-call rotation, and first-shift hours Monday through Friday, with occasional second- or third-shift and weekend work.
