Description
The Communications Coordinator coordinates communications between LifeFlight, Air Medical Programs, EMS providers, and referral agencies within Allegheny Health Network. Responsibilities include managing flight requests, critical care ground transports, data entry, registration for LifeFlight, charge placement in EPIC, documentation completion, dispatching specialty teams, monitoring traffic, receiving EMS notifications, providing offload support, and performing other assigned duties.
