Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company is seeking a 12-week Internal Communications Intern for its 2027 summer internship program. The intern will support employee communications and engagement by creating newsletters, digital content, graphics, presentations, and other materials; editing and proofreading communications; supporting internal events and storytelling; maintaining content calendars and project trackers; and collaborating with HR and other teams across the company’s three sites. The role requires a background in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, graphic design, or a related field, along with strong writing, editing, organizational, and communication skills.
