Everstar is hiring a Communications Lead to build and strengthen internal communications and corporate culture within a client manufacturing radio-electronic equipment. The role leads an internal communications and engagement team, develops culture and communication strategies, creates content and employee-engagement programs, analyzes engagement data, and collaborates with HR, marketing, and learning and development. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience, team-management experience, strategic communications expertise, data-analysis skills, and intermediate English.
