CoreWeave is hiring a Communications Manager to serve as a strategic communications advisor to the Chief Operating Officer and lead internal communications for a large, distributed workforce. The role owns the COO’s organizational narrative, employee engagement, change communications, executive messaging, speaking preparation, and cross-functional alignment, while measuring effectiveness and improving communication processes. Candidates need at least eight years of executive, internal, or strategic communications experience, strong writing and stakeholder-management skills, and fluency with AI tools; experience in AI, cloud, enterprise technology, or infrastructure-intensive industries is preferred. The base salary is $149,000 to $198,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
