Lambda is hiring a Communications Manager to develop and execute the executive communications strategy for its leadership team. The role involves setting external agendas, writing talking points and long-form content, securing interviews and speaking opportunities, managing media and analyst relationships, building reusable message systems, and overseeing agency relationships. Candidates need at least seven years of communications experience, including in-house experience at a hypergrowth startup, executive communications playbook experience, strong media relationships, AI infrastructure knowledge, and executive ghostwriting experience. The position requires presence in the San Francisco or San Jose office four days per week, with Tuesday as the designated work-from-home day, and includes health, dental, vision, equity, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits.
