Description
MSF USA / Doctors Without Borders is seeking Communications Managers to develop and implement operational communication strategies and materials that increase visibility and acceptance of MSF projects, identify communication opportunities, create relevant content for local and international audiences, manage media relations, facilitate media visits, act as a spokesperson, produce local media landscape reports, and supervise locally hired colleagues. The role requires at least four years of experience in communications or journalism, one year in lower-income countries and/or unstable contexts, strong social media and basic audiovisual skills, fluency in English and French, and people management, negotiation, diplomacy, and teamwork abilities. A related university degree in journalism, communications, humanitarian affairs, political sciences, or a similar field is preferred.
