Description
The Communications Manager will manage communications strategy, operations, equipment, and personnel for a Security Command & Control Centre and related project activities. The role oversees telecommunications systems, including Tetra, HF, VHF, satellite, Internet, voice, GPS, and transponder systems; coordinates contractors and client departments; plans and maintains field sites; troubleshoots and repairs communications equipment; supports emergency response; and manages training, leave, and personnel records. The position requires 8 years of military, police, or equivalent commercial security and risk management experience, 3 years of communications management experience, 3 years of experience working in Iraq for a Ministry of Interior-registered private security company, and native English proficiency.
