Description
The Communications Network Engineer 3 monitors, analyzes, troubleshoots, and evaluates network hardware, software, and related problems; manages global network performance and configuration; performs LAN, CAN, and WAN administration; schedules conversions and cutovers; coordinates incident resolution; and translates business requirements into telecommunications designs and orders. The role requires TS/SCI clearance with poly, 10 years of engineering experience, and a master’s degree in a related engineering field or a bachelor’s degree plus four additional years of experience. The position is based in Fort Meade, Maryland, with a salary range of $175,000–$190,000 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
