Description
Women's College Hospital is hiring a casual replacement Switchboard Operator to answer hospital, patient, and emergency telephone lines; provide accurate information or refer callers; activate paging and emergency codes; page physicians and key personnel; and update on-call schedules. The role requires a high school diploma, 2–3 years of telephone or call centre experience, strong customer service and communication skills, Microsoft Windows proficiency, and keyboarding at 40 words per minute with a maximum 5% error rate. Applicants must reside in Ontario and be legally eligible to work there.
