Description
The Communications Representative will serve as the primary communications advisor to assigned site directors and leadership teams, developing integrated communications strategies, translating enterprise priorities into employee communications, supporting executive communications and organizational change, and leading site-level crisis coordination. The role also provides MFC-wide support for Facilities and ESH, OneLM initiatives, and internal stakeholder groups. It is based in Archbald, Pennsylvania or Chelmsford and Andover/Westover, Massachusetts, with a 4/10 flex schedule, hybrid work with at most one onsite day per week, and approximately 25% travel. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and 1+ years of internal communications experience, or an unrelated degree with 5+ years of experience, and is open to United States citizens.
