Description
The IAMD Communications Lead reports to the Senior Communications Manager and supports employee communications and integrated communications activities across Lockheed Martin’s Integrated Air & Missile Defense portfolio. Responsibilities include planning communications rhythms, coordinating newsletters, All Hands, videos, media relations, trade shows, and other initiatives; developing and editing internal and external communications; supporting communications measurement and reporting; and improving communications processes. The role requires U.S. citizenship, the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance, a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, and experience with communications strategy, employee communications, project management, and complex organizational collaboration. The full-time salary range is $59,900 to $111,300, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
