Description
The Communications Representative Senior will lead integrated communications for assigned production sites in Orlando, Ocala, or Troy, serving as a strategic advisor to Production Operations executive leadership and site directors. The role develops site communications plans, translates enterprise priorities into employee communications, supports executive engagements and organizational change, and leads crisis coordination. It requires a communications-related degree or extensive internal or corporate communications experience, strong writing and strategic communications skills, AP Style proficiency, and regular travel. The position is hybrid with at most one onsite day per week, offers a full-time salary of $90,600 to $168,200 in the Orlando area, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
