Description
CHAOS Industries is hiring a Communications Systems & Spectrum Compliance Lead based in El Segundo, California, to own the technical performance and regulatory readiness of communications systems used in defense and commercial deployments. The role covers RF, microwave, 5G, cellular, Starlink, fiber, and tactical-radio links; link-budget and network validation; field and remote troubleshooting; emerging communications technology evaluation; country-specific spectrum, licensing, type-approval, export-control, customs, and diplomatic-clearance requirements; and coordination with program, legal, export-control, and foreign-partner teams. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of RF/wireless communications or regulatory experience, a U.S. security clearance, and willingness to travel 30–50% domestically and internationally. The stated base salary is $150,000–$190,000, with medical, dental, and vision benefits paid in full by the company.
