Description
The Communications Systems Engineering Intern supports daily operations and engineering for communications systems projects, working with Communication System Engineers on systems and network design, network architecture, fiber backbone design, CCTV, emergency and VOIP telephone systems, access control, and SCADA systems. Responsibilities include engineering designs, bill of materials, RFIs, product selection, O&M manuals, training documentation, and customer and internal meetings. The internship requires a pursuit of a BS degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, analytical and problem-solving skills, organization and communication skills, time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
