Description
The Mission Communications Systems Support Specialist tracks and assists Executive Aircraft in-flight communications issues, responds to incident calls, supports trend analysis, uses Command and Control and chat tools, provides guidance on Mission Communications Systems operations for C-32, C-40, and C-37 aircraft, troubleshoots MCS anomalies and outages, and evaluates flight monitoring solutions. The role requires at least 8 years of communications systems support experience, a related bachelor’s degree, subject-matter expertise in the specified aircraft MCS systems, strong communication and independent teamwork skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, United States citizenship, and a current Top Secret clearance.
