The Communications Systems Support Engineer troubleshoots faults, documents and tracks system issues and potential product defects, maintains error logs, performs remote monitoring and maintenance, and supports on-site installations, commissioning, configuration, and administration of communication systems. The role requires a technical qualification in IT, communications engineering, electronics, or a comparable field, networking and Windows/Linux knowledge, German and English language skills, and the ability to work independently and on call.
