The Communications Technician 2 is a full-time telecommunications field technician in New Knoxville, Ohio, responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial broadband and fiber services. The role includes fiber drops, interior wiring, ONT and customer equipment installation, fiber splicing, cable testing, new-construction support, and customer education. It requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, 1–2 years of relevant technical experience, and the ability to work independently in varied field conditions.
