Description
The College of New Jersey's Office of Residential Education is hiring student Community Advisors for an hourly, live-on-campus role. Community Advisors engage residents, build community, enforce housing and student conduct policies, help resolve conflicts, connect residents with campus resources, maintain administrative documentation, and assist with building operations and crisis response. The role requires prior acceptance through the Residential Education selection process, on-site availability, mobility through dormitory halls and staircases, and strong communication skills.
