The Office of Residential Education at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) is hiring Community Advisors (CAs), a live-on-campus student position paid through 20 biweekly stipend payments. The role focuses on resident engagement, community building, policy enforcement, conflict resolution, campus resource referrals, administrative documentation, building safety checks, and crisis response. Applicants must have been accepted through the Residential Education selection process and be able to work on-site at the TCNJ campus.
