Description
The Community and Supportive Services Coordinator will develop and implement supportive service programs for residents at Carriage Works in York, Willow Run in Lancaster, and Landisville in East Hempfield, Pennsylvania. The role coordinates service plans, maintains community agency networks, provides case management and referrals, supports resident councils and volunteer programs, prepares reports, and liaises with nonprofit and governmental partners. It requires a college degree, at least three years of human-service experience, at least two years of administrative experience, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to travel up to 25% of the time. The position pays $22.00–$25.50 per hour plus bonus potential.
