Eucalyptus is hiring a Community Manager to build trusted relationships with members, moderate user-generated content, support virtual events and challenges, triage and escalate patient communications, and use community data to improve engagement. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, data interpretation, and patient-experience focus, with nutrition, dietetics, coaching, content creation, social media, or community-management experience preferred. It is fully remote in South Africa, with annual leave, medical-aid support or a monthly wellness allowance, and work-from-anywhere options.
