ALX Nigeria is hiring a full-time Community Associate to support the day-to-day operations of its Lagos community, including community programmes, events, engagement initiatives, hub logistics, member communication, ambassador and referral activities, content capture, and engagement reporting. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in community management, events, customer experience, or related areas, along with strong organisational, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, and proficiency with Google tools, AI tools, and business intelligence platforms.
