Description
The Community Association Manager will serve as the primary contact for assigned associations, manage board and owner communications, oversee property maintenance and vendor performance, support budgets and financial reporting, and supervise Community Assistants, ARB Coordinators, and Maintenance Technicians. The role requires a Community Association Manager license, familiarity with Florida condominium and homeowners association laws, and at least two years of community management experience; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
