The Community-Based Prevention Specialist will plan, coordinate, and implement evidence-based prevention programming for colleges, agencies, and community members across Centennial’s 10-county catchment area. The role delivers trainings and workshops, conducts community need assessments, develops resources, connects people to public benefits and behavioral health services, maintains program records, and travels frequently to serve diverse communities. The position requires experience with rural communities, prevention and referral work, public speaking, and flexible scheduling; a related bachelor’s degree or preferred certification is listed, and the salary is $22.12–$26.56 per hour.
