Description
The Arc Erie County is hiring a Community-Based Supervisor to work one-on-one or with a group of developmentally disabled individuals as a role model, mentor, and production supervisor. The role involves teaching social, work, and work habits; orienting individuals to new work settings; and monitoring the quantity and quality of work produced at an enclave site. Applicants need an associate degree in Human Services or a high school diploma plus one year of full-time work-setting training experience, a valid New York State driver’s license, and an approved driving record. The position offers starting pay of $20.16 per hour, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, advancement opportunities, on-the-job training, and a 40-hour work week.
