People Creating Success is hiring a part-time Community Based Support Professional in Santa Barbara or Goleta to support adults with developmental disabilities in community-based day services. The role involves helping participants volunteer, attend events, explore the community, develop independent living skills, meet person-centered goals, and engage in physical activities. The position pays $20.25 per hour Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., includes mileage reimbursement and a $10 monthly cell phone stipend, and offers health benefits and paid time off upon transition to full-time employment. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and CPR or First Aid certification are required, with training provided for certification needs.
