People Creating Success is hiring a part-time Community Based Support Professional / F.A.D.E. Associate to support adults with developmental disabilities in community-based day services. The role involves helping participants volunteer, attend events, explore the community, develop independent living skills, meet person-centered planning goals, and participate in physical and meaningful activities. Candidates must be at least 21, have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and be compassionate and people-oriented; CPR or First Aid certification is required or will be provided. The position is available in Oxnard, Ventura, Conejo Valley, and surrounding areas, pays $20.60 per hour, offers flexible 15–35-hour shifts, and includes mileage reimbursement and a cell phone stipend.
