The role adapts global community initiatives for the UAE, sources and nurtures local freelancers, organizes events and content, aligns community programs with sales goals, and builds relationships with local partners. Candidates need at least three years of experience in sales, event management, community activation, or project management, along with Middle East market knowledge, strong communication skills, and professional English fluency. The position follows a hybrid remote policy with three office days and two home-office days.
