Description
The Community Caseworker develops and maintains relationships with families of youth who may not be physically in care, supports the Integrated Treatment Model, provides case planning and case planning support, and serves youth who have returned home, are in alternate settings, or are missing from care. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, a valid New York State driver’s license, and preferred experience in social services, mental health, or child welfare; bilingual Spanish is also preferred.
