OPARC is hiring a Community Coach to provide person-centered, goal-driven support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities enrolled in its Explore Program. The role delivers social, recreational, and vocational training in community settings, facilitates activities, supports participant goals, maintains supervision and safety, documents progress, prepares supplies, and drives participants. The position is based in Montclair, California, reports to the Explore Program Manager, and runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
