AbilityFirst is hiring a full-time Community Coach I to support individuals with developmental disabilities through person-centered programming, personal care, community outings, safety supervision, activity facilitation, and progress documentation. The role works Monday through Friday with some weekends as needed in Los Angeles or East Los Angeles, pays $20.00–$22.00 per hour, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, physical assistance with participants, strong communication skills, and completion of background and medical screening. A bachelor’s degree, early childhood education units, disability-service experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license are preferred or may be required depending on the program.
