Description
The Community Compliance Manager oversees and reviews all Tenant Recertification and/or Initial Certifications according to federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. This role also includes approving and submitting responses to external agencies or lender reviews. The manager monitors and tracks compliance data, provides guidance, implements best practices to prevent non-compliance, and supports onsite and ownership entities in developing and sustaining an effective compliance system.
