Melwood is hiring a Community Connector in Edgewater, Maryland, to support people with disabilities in a community-based day services model. The role implements individualized plans, facilitates community activities, builds skills and social supports, documents progress, and communicates with supervisors and team members. It is a part-time schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, requires a vehicle for transportation, and requires an H.S. diploma or equivalent plus three years of experience working with people with disabilities or other behavioral issues.
