Description
Intermountain Centers is hiring a Community Counselor to provide strength-based, family-centered behavioral health services in community, educational, or home-based settings across Arizona. The role includes individual, family, and group counseling and skills-building interventions; diagnostic assessments; care coordination; Child and Family Team meeting facilitation; collaboration with schools, attorneys, social workers, probation officers, and other providers; crisis response; and clinical and billing documentation. A bachelor's degree and at least four years of direct behavioral health member-care experience are required, along with reliable transportation and Arizona regulatory clearances.
