The Community Developer will be responsible for establishing and growing communities around Ubisoft games. This role involves player communications, game improvements, and feedback cycles, as well as deploying best practices. The Community Developer will lead the overall community strategy, create and execute global plans, and work with an international team to build relationships with players worldwide. This position requires a confident speaker who can serve as a face for the community, hosting interviews, livestreams, and delivering key updates. The role involves providing guidance to cross-functional team members, facilitating collaborative planning, and executing engagements to high-quality standards.
