Description
The San Bernardino County Department of Community Development and Housing is recruiting a Community Development and Housing Project Manager II to oversee affordable housing and community development projects from planning through completion, manage assigned projects within schedules, budgets, funding requirements, and regulatory guidelines, and oversee long-term affordable housing portfolio asset management and preservation. The role also supports ownership transactions, regulatory compliance, financial and operational reporting, and coordination with property managers, service providers, public agencies, and development partners. Candidates must meet one of three education-and-experience pathways, including a bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant experience, an associate's degree plus four years, or 30 semester/45 quarter units plus five years of experience, and must be able to travel throughout the County.
