Description
Google is hiring a Community Development Manager to lead data center community development, workforce innovation, and civic impact in Finland. The role develops place-based strategies, community engagement plans, communication tools, and investment plans; partners with municipalities, government officials, community leaders, associations, nonprofits, and internal teams; and supports new data center development projects. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, eight years of program or project management experience, relevant community-stakeholder experience, and the ability to travel 25% of the time. It is onsite five days per week, with compensation of €120,000–€123,000 plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
