Google is hiring a Community Development Manager to lead data center community development, investments, and impact in the Netherlands. The role engages municipalities, community groups, industry partners, government officials, and other stakeholders; develops place-based development plans and communication tools; builds internal relationships; and researches new market opportunities. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, eight years of program or project management experience, experience working with local communities and related organizations, and the ability to travel 25% of the time. Compensation is €154,000–€157,000 plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
