Community Support Services of Missouri is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide person-centered, hands-on support to individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, medication administration, transportation, hygiene, documentation, ISP and behavior support plan implementation, health monitoring, and on-call scheduling. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, background-check clearance, and required training in physical intervention, CPR, first aid, medication administration, and applied behavior analysis; one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
