Whitman College is hiring a full-time Community Director to support residential undergraduate students, advise the fraternity system, supervise Community Assistants and Fraternity House Managers, develop community programming, administer conduct processes, and maintain residential records. The role is based in Walla Walla, offers live-in housing and a meal plan, and pays $24.02–$26.69 hourly. Applicants need a bachelor's degree, at least two years of post-college professional experience, undergraduate residential community experience, and Student Affairs experience, or a combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
