Description
The Community Director leads property management operations for a residential multi-family portfolio, supervising and mentoring onsite teams, managing owners and resident relationships, overseeing budgets and financial performance, driving leasing and occupancy strategies, handling maintenance and lease enforcement, and ensuring property standards. The role requires onsite work, travel, and supervisory responsibility, with a 40-hour regular work week and optional college degree; industry certifications are preferred.
