Gallery Residential is hiring a full-time Community Director in Auburn, Alabama. The role leads onsite multifamily property operations, including team supervision and development, owner and client relations, budgeting and financial reporting, rent and revenue management, vendor invoice oversight, marketing and leasing strategy, resident satisfaction and retention, property inspections, maintenance service standards, lease enforcement, and compliance with housing laws. The position is onsite, normally 40 hours per week during weekday office hours, with occasional evenings, weekends, and business travel. A college degree is optional; candidates need progressively responsible property-management or residential multifamily experience, leadership ability, financial and customer-service skills, and proficiency with property-management software and office productivity tools.
