The Community Driver transports Cascade Living residents to medical appointments, stores, banks, scenic drives, and social events while providing a comfortable and compassionate ride. The role also includes vehicle preventive maintenance, communication with residents, families, and staff, and availability for weekends, holidays, and varying shifts. Previous senior-care experience is preferred, while a current and valid driver's license, dependable attendance, physical assistance, communication skills, and good judgment are required. The position pays $16.00–$18.00 per hour depending on experience and requires weekend availability.
