Heart to Heart Hospice is hiring a full-time Community Education Representative focused on hospice business development and sales. The role involves calling physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and other senior living settings to promote hospice referrals and community resources; supporting hospice-eligible patients and families during admission; developing territory business plans; managing accounts and performance; building public relations; and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The position requires one to three years of progressive sales experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare sales, knowledge of the Medicare Hospice Benefit, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto liability insurance.
